Но это не единственная провокация Кремля с использованием взрывчатых веществ, целью которых является обвинить Украину в нарушении минских договоров, «терроризме» и «уничтожении гражданского населения». Волонтер международного разведывательного сообщества Михаил Кузнецов нашел в социальном профиле боевика Дмитрия Ващенко, который является частью формирования бандита под названием 4-ой ОМСБр 2-го армейского корпуса (Луганск) Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации, фотодоказательств, произведенных российскими террористами самодельных взрывных устройств с использованием 120-мм измельченных взрывных мин ОФ-843A российского производства (в 1994 году выпуска). Именно их российские боевики используют для создания пропагандистских сюжетов о минах гражданских объектов, чтобы обвинить украинскую сторону в актах терроризма.
