СБУ пресекла незаконный сбыт оружия в Николаеве
Сотрудники Службы безопасности разоблачили и пресекли в Николаеве незаконную деятельность по переработке, хранению и сбыту огнестрельного оружия и средств поражения.
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
Оперативники и следователи спецслужбы установили, что нелегальное изготовление и продажу организовали двое бывших военнослужащих Вооруженных Сил Украины, уволенных в запас.
В мастерской, оборудованной по месту жительства одного из них, злоумышленники переделывали травматическое оружие и доводили его до боевого состояния для дальнейшего сбыта.
Во время обысков по месту жительства злоумышленников и хранения оружия правоохранители обнаружили значительный арсенал: 6 тротиловых шашек общим весом 1.6 килограмма, 3 ручных гранаты Ф-1, 7 пистолетов, 7 электродетонаторов, большое количество патронов различного калибра. Кроме того изъяты средства для кустарной переработки оружия.
Изъятые обнаруженные средства поражения переданы для проведения баллистической и взрывотехнической экспертиз.
Сейчас основной организатор противоправного механизма задержан в соответствии со ст. 208 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Украины. В рамках уголовного производства открытого по ч. 1 ст. 263 Уголовного кодекса Украины решается вопрос об осуществлении ему сообщения о подозрении. Продолжаются следственные действия.
Разоблачение злоумышленников проводилось сотрудниками УСБУ в Николаевской и Одесской областях под процессуальным руководством местной прокуратуры.
