Почему не все жители ОРДЛО получають украинский пенсию?
Многие жители ОРДЛО пенсионного возраста получают украинские выплаты, но большинство, остались без полагающихся им по украинскому законодательству средств, потому оказались в незавидном положении. Многим не хватает даже еды.
Украинские пенсии получают 40% пенсионеров, живущих на неподконтрольном Донбассе, сообщила заместитель представителя Агентства ООН по делам беженцев в Украине Ноэль Калхун.
«Сейчас на этой территории украинские пенсии получают лишь 40% от тех, кто их получал на начало 2014 года. То есть государство прекратило выплату пенсий, и большинство пожилых людей оказались в ситуации, что им не хватает питания», – сказала она.
На конец ноября 2017 года на неподконтрольной территории более 650 тысяч человек не получали украинские пенсии.
Кроме того, выплата пенсий всем жителям на неподконтрольных территориях Донецкой и Луганской областей может начаться после введения миротворческой миссии Организации Объединенных Наций. Об этом заявил министр социальной политики Андрей Рева.
“Я, например, за то, чтобы все граждане Украины получали пенсию, на которую имеют право. Я просто задаю вопрос: как мы это должны сделать?.. Право на социальную защиту обеспечивают органы социальной защиты и Пенсионный фонд. А что из этого доступно на неподконтрольной территории? Ничего. Через кого мы можем осуществлять государственную политику? Если миротворцев введут, наверное, это возможно”, – сказал Рева.
