Министерство Иностранных Дел Украины создало онлайн-сервис “ДРУГ” для добровольной регистрации украинцев во время путешествий за границу.
Об этом заявил директор Департамента Консульской Службы МИД Сергей Погорельцев:
“Люди перед поездкой оставляют свои контакты. И, в случае какой-то чрезвычайной ситуации, мы сможем более эффективно оказывать им помощь. Пока что в системе зарегистрировались до 2 тыс. украинцев. Это число постоянно растет. Но еще многие о “ДРУГе” просто не знают”.
“Только в последнее время МИД проводило эвакуацию украинцев из Сирии, Ливии, Непала. Не так давно возвращали наших людей также из Афганистана. Но природные бедствия или теракты могут произойти где угодно. Кроме того, человек может попасть в какую-то другую сложную ситуацию. “ДРУГ” оперативно предоставит информацию о происшествии, инструкции, что надо делать дальше и необходимые контакты, места сбора”, – сказал Погорельцев.
