Сотрудники Службы безопасности Украины совместно с военной прокуратурой разоблачили на взятке начальника одного из отделов главного управления Государственной фискальной службы в Николаевской области. Правоохранители установили, что злоумышленник требовал от местного предпринимателя взятку в размере две тысячи долларов США за невыполнение действий по реагированию относительно выявленных налоговых нарушений.
Оперативники спецслужбы задержали начальника отдела в центре Николаева во время получения всей суммы взятки. По данному факту открыто уголовное производство по ч. 3 ст. 368 Уголовного кодекса Украины. В данный момент продолжаются неотложные следственные действия. Об этом сообщается на главном сайте СБ Украины.
Напомним, ранее сообщалось о задержании при получении взятки одного из руководителей секторов Уманьского отдела полиции.
