Международный олимпийский комитет (МОК) на своем официальном сайте (https://www.pyeongchang2018.com/en/notices/prohibited-and-restricted-items-at-competition-and-non-competition-venues) опубликовал информацию о том, что на зимней Олимпиаде – 2018 в Южной Корее даже болельщикам на трибуны запрещено приносить российские флаги.
В сообщении говорится о том, что на трибуны запрещено приносить флаги стран, которые не принимают участие в Олимпиаде, и так как сборная РФ отстранена от Игр, её представители будут выступать как “спортсмены-олимпийцы из России” под олимпийским флагом.
“Флаги стран, не участвующих в Олимпийских играх – запрещены”, – пояснили в оргкомитете Игр в Пхенчхане. Флаги запрещено проносить на все соревнования Олимпиады-2018 и тренировочные объекты Игр.
