С начала декабря в российские оккупационные войска на территории Донецкой и Луганской областей восстановлен набор лиц из числа местного населения, которые имеют судимости. Об этом сообщает в понедельник Главное управление разведки Министерства обороны Украины. Это обусловило дальнейший рост количества военных преступлений, случаев самовольного оставления боевиками позиций и небоевых потерь, в т.ч. связанных с употреблением наркотических веществ.
В частности, за первую декаду декабря с.г. на передовых позициях одной из частей так называемого «1 АК ДНР» в составе новобранцев зафиксировано пять случаев самовольного оставления позиций во время несения боевого дежурства, а также смерть военнослужащего вследствие передозировки наркотических веществ.
