СБУ ефективно протидіє гібридній агресії РФ в інформаційному просторі
Протягом 2017 року співробітники підрозділів контррозвідувального захисту інтересів держави у сфері інформаційної безпеки СБ України припинили діяльність 388 зловмисників, причетних до адміністрування та модерування антиукраїнських ресурсів у Інтернеті. За матеріалами спецслужби зареєстровано сорок три кримінальні провадження стосовно агітаторів, які переважно у російських соцмережах поширювали матеріали заклики до повалення конституційного ладу та державної влади, проведення масових заворушень та іншу антиукраїнську пропаганду. З початку року суди внесли тридцять шість обвинувальних вироків власникам та адміністраторам антиукраїнських спільнот та сторінок у соціальних мережах, зокрема «ВКонтакте» та «Одноклассники». Їхні дії кваліфіковані за ст. 109 (насильницька зміна чи повалення конституційного ладу), ст. 110 (посягання на територіальну цілісність і недоторканість України), ст. 258-3 (створення терористичної групи чи терористичної організації) Кримінального кодексу України. У 2017 році співробітники Служби припинили використання міжнародними злочинними угрупуваннями двадцяти чотирьох сайтів в українському сегменті Інтернет, через які відбувалась координація терористичної та іншої протиправної діяльності. Припинено також функціонування мережі з десяти інформаційних Інтернет-сайтів, яка була створена російськими спецслужбами для поширення неправдивих повідомлень маніпулятивного характеру в рамках гібридної інформаційної агресії проти України. Ресурси, які входили в мережу, були зареєстровані з використанням викрадених на території РФ паспортів українських заробітчан. Фахівці СБ України у 2017 році розпочали й масштабні профілактичні заходи з локалізації загроз сталому функціонуванню сайтів доменної зони «GOV.UA», виділеної для державних інформаційних ресурсів. За висновками аналітиків, понад 2,5 тисячі ресурсів доменної зони «GOV.UA», функціонували із численним порушеннями вимог чинного законодавства. Завдяки вжитим співробітниками спецслужби профілактичним заходам, попереджено загрози сталому функціонуванню понад шістдесяти державних інформаційних ресурсів. Служба безпеки України продовжує активно протидіяти проявам гібридної агресії РФ в інформаційному просторі та блокує спроби російських спецслужб дестабілізувати ситуацію в державі.
