Стало відомо, як рФ планувала захопити столицю за 2 дні: до агентурної мережі входив нардеп
Служба безпеки України викрила агентурну мережу ГРУ рф, до якої входив народний депутат України. Про це повідомили на офіційній сторінці відомства.
Служба безпеки викрила агентурну мережу Головного управління Генштабу рф (відомого, як ГРУ), котра повинна була допомагати ворогу в захопленні України.
Зокрема, до неї входив народний депутат Андрій Деркач, який, за даними слідства, курував створення низки приватних охоронних підприємств у різних областях, щоб використати ці структури для швидкого захоплення України.
Наразі за ініціативи СБУ стосовно народного депутата Генеральним прокурором розпочато досудове розслідування.
Оперативна розробка мережі велася давно, але остаточно СБУ нейтралізувала її на початку війни, затримавши колишнього помічника нардепа Ігоря Колєснікова. Власне, він, являючись негласним співробітником ГУ ГШ рф із позивним «Ветеран», був зв’язківцем і фінансовим кур’єром між спецслужбами рф і Деркачем.
За словами Колеснікова, Деркач був завербований у 2016 році. З ним особисто працювало вище керівництво ГРУ – начальник управління Ігор Костюков і його перший заступник Володимир Алєксєєв.
Нардеп, зокрема, отримував кошти від ГУ ГШ рф для створення приватних охоронних структур, які ворог планував використати для захоплення України. На реалізацію своїх планів ГРУ виділяло по 3-4 мільйони доларів США раз на кілька місяців. Як свідчать матеріали слідства, значна частина цих коштів осіла в кишенях Деркача.
Сам Колєсніков після затримання пішов на угоду зі звинуваченням і дав багато цікавих свідчень. У травні суд вже оголосив йому вирок за державну зраду. Відтак він розповів деталі діяльності мережі та відведену їй роль у підготовці до повномасштабної війни.
«Під час входження військ, коли буде зрозуміло, що міста здаються, ці ЧОПи («частные охранные предприятия» – прим.) повинні були забезпечувати проходження техніки, сідати на броню з російськими прапорами, і таким чином забезпечувати мирний вхід у міста», – деталізує Колєсніков.
Також Колєсніков розповів, що ГРУ при захопленні столиці планувало використовувати дві бригади спецназу і сили спецоперацій, які мали зайти з території Білорусі. Звідти – швидко просунутися до Києва, захопити Урядовий квартал і зібрати віче у Верховній Раді, яке б проголосувало за створення нового уряду. Однак ці плани були повністю зруйновані українськими захисниками.
Наразі, спецслужба продовжує оперативно-слідчі заходи, аби притягнути до відповідальності усіх осіб, причетних до розгалуженої агентурної мережі.
