Запрет на свободное использование интернета.
Как известно, в России хотят запретить всемирный интернет и вместе этого создать свою внутреннюю сеть. Уже и название придумали – «Чебурнет» ( от слова«Чебурашка»). Так же, это хотят сделать и на временно оккупированных РФ территориях Донбасса.
Интернет, защищенный от киберугроз и политических недругов — утопия, или реальность? И какова цель?
Это делается, якобы для того, чтобы противодействовать использованию информационно-коммуникационных технологий в криминальных целях. Но на самом деле это делается для того, чтобы скрыть от людей правдивую информацию о том, что происходит в среде их проживания, скрыть преступную деятельность их «лидеров». Показывать населению, так сказать, «удобную» информацию.
Организация Объединенных Наций признала право на доступ в интернет одним из неотъемлемых прав человека. Об этом говорится в докладе ООН.
Таким образом, отключение конкретных регионов от всемирной сети с июня 2011 года считается нарушением прав человека. Согласно документу, принятому ООН, распространение информации в сети должно быть максимально свободным, ограничиваясь лишь теми ситуациями, когда оно может привести к нарушению чьих-нибудь прав. В качестве примера такой ситуации приводятся утечки данных вследствие кибератак.
Принципы, схожие с позицией ООН, вошли в новую киберстратегию США, принятую в середине мая 2011 года.
В документе, принятом Госдепартаментом, в частности присутствуют такие позиции как обеспечение повсеместного доступа к сети и сотрудничество с ресурсами и организациями, способствующими выражению общественного мнения через интернет.
