СБУ викрила посадовця Пенсійного фонду на розкраданні державних коштів.
Співробітники Служби Безпеки України викрили чиновника Головного управління Пенсійного фонду у Київській області на розкраданні державних коштів в особливо великих розмірах.
Правоохоронці встановили, що посадовець відкривав на підставних осіб карткові рахунки в одному з державних банків. Зокрема перевіряється інформація щодо можливого використання зловмисником персональних даних мешканців тимчасово окупованих територій України.
Через несанкціоноване втручання в роботу автоматизованих систем Пенсійного фонду він вносив банківські реквізити та ідентифікаційні коди «отримувачів» до електронної бази даних пенсійних нарахувань. Після здійснення незаконних виплат зловмисник через мережу банкоматів отримував готівку.
Оперативники спецслужби задокументували факт зняття чиновником привласнених державних коштів. За матеріалами СБУ Пенсійний фонд України блокував виплати пенсій на незаконно відкриті рахунки. Фігуранту провадження оголошено про підозру в скоєнні злочину за ч. 4 ст. 190, ч. 1 ст. 209 та ч. 2 ст. 361 Кримінального кодексу України.
Тривають слідчі дії для притягнення до відповідальності інших осіб, можливо причетних до протиправної діяльності.
