Неудачное похищение
Сотрудники СБ Украины совместно с прокуратурой и внутренней безопасностью полиции предупредили попытку похищения и вывоза в Россию бизнесмена, бывшего гражданина РФ. Правоохранители установили, что бывший бизнес-партнер коммерсанта вместе с двумя сообщниками решили вывезти его в Россию для того, чтобы выбить вроде бы существующий долг в семнадцать миллионов долларов. Заказчики начали подыскивать на Киевщине, где проживал бизнесмен, организатора похищения, которым согласился стать начальник одного из райотделов полиции. Оперативники спецслужбы задокументировали, что полицейский через свои контакты в криминальных кругах подыскал исполнителя, который гарантировал вывоз бизнесмена к РФ с помощью участников подконтрольной ему преступной группировки. Плата за “работу” составляла триста тысяч долларов США.
По информации спецслужбы, для того, чтобы увеличить “гонорар” начальник райотдела предложил заказчикам другой вариант. По его словам, надежнее решите вопрос через руководство СБУ, на которое он вроде бы имеет “прямой выход”. Он заверял, что Председатель СБУ лично за вознаграждение обеспечит открытие против бизнесмена уголовное производство с дальнейшим его арестом. Потом полицейский предложил еще два варианта: “выбивать” деньги из коммерсанта в Украине, или экстрадировать в Россию, где заказчики имели возможности для этого. Конечно, никаких возможностей “решить” вопрос ни через Голову СБУ, ни через другое руководство Службы начальник райотдела не имел.
Оперативники спецслужбы задержали полицейского и исполнителя преступления в элитном ресторане под Киевом во время получения от посредника ста тысяч долларов аванса. Одновременно в столице правоохранители “взяли” заказчика похищения. Длится досудебное расследование в уголовном производстве, открытом по ч. 1 ст. 14 и ч. 3 ст. 146 Уголовного кодекса Украины.
