Как разворовывают боевики Донбасс с помощью украинской железной дороги.
На оккупированном Донбассе “Укразализныця” оставила тысячи товарных вагонов на десятки миллионов долларов. А теперь их используют боевики – перевозят пассажиров на неподконтрольной Украине территории и отправляют уголь в Ростовскую область.
Фенольная – крайняя станция железной дороги, которую контролирует украинская власть, дальше – оккупированная Ясиноватая. Ясиноватая стала главным жд-узлом под контролем группировки «днр» которые отправляют «соратникам» из «лнр» порядка 16 товарных составов за сутки.
«У меня есть информация, что часть вагонов порезаны, – говорит Владимир Шульмейстер, экс-заместитель министра инфраструктуры. – Вагоны старше 22 лет в России эксплуатироваться уже не могут. Другие вагоны, более новые, уехали в Россию».
По данным «Укрзализныци», более 30 тысяч вагонов находятся на оккупированном Донбассе, из них 22 тысяч – собственность «Укрзализныци». Об этом боевикам время от времени напоминают на переговорах в Минске. Стоимость одного вагона – от 15 до 30 тысяч долларов. Значит, «Укрзализныця» потеряла более 400 млн долларов.
«Кроме того, есть локомотивы, – говорит Шульмейстер. – Порядка 40 – новые. Общая оценочная стоимость подвижного состава, который застрял там, – порядка миллиарда долларов».
Кроме того, один из заработков боевиков – поставки сырья в Россию. Отправляют туда и металл, и уголь. Лишь в апреле 2017 в Ростовскую область из Украины импортировали более 67 тысяч тонн антрацита. К сентябрю эта цифра выросла почти в 10 раз – 649 тысяч тон на сумму более 30 млн долларов. И это все – украинскими товарняками.
